Do a little. Save a lot
Warm days, chilly nights could only mean one thing.... spring is on its way! Flowers are ready to push up through the soil, buds are bursting, and the maple syrup is flowing. As you breathe in the fresh spring air, take a minute to think about how air quality remains an important part of your everyday life.   Â
Â
The average adult breathes about 20,000 times each day. Both children and the elderly face a greater risk of being affected by air pollution, as do people with heart, respiratory or other ailments.
Our daily use of electricity and fuel contributes to air pollution. That means the choices we make every day can directly affect air quality and our health
Try and cut back on usage of electrical products when not in use. Drive vehicles less if we can. Recycle waste. These little things could help save a lot.
