Attention Deer Hunters. Cougars are on the rise.
  Cougars are on the rise.  Wisconsin and Michigan deer hunters are to be advised and if they spot one of these animals. to please report it to the DNR and the location area of where they saw it.  Do not shoot it.. Cougars have been spotted in other states as well. Be alert when your in the Outdoors           Â
